All items can be returned within 30 days, except for custom items (i.e. framing, personalizations, special orders) and autograph tickets.  Custom items and autograph tickets are non-refundable.  In the event that an athlete cancels his appearance, all tickets/mail order for that Athlete will receive a complete refund.

For merchandise returns, items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days, and you must first contact Lorraine at 954-742-8544 to receive a Return Authorization number for your package.
